I spent a night at Waterloo Suites recently and honestly had a great time. I booked a king suite and the room was massive. It was awesome having a separate living area and a little kitchenette away from the bed. Even the bathroom was huge and they used high quality stuff for the shampoo and moisturizer which you don't always see. They were also super generous with the towels and I didn't even end up using all of them. The staff were all really friendly and made things easy. I checked in online ahead of time so getting into my room was a total breeze. Parking was easy too since they have a ton of space. I hit the breakfast buffet the next morning and the food was excellent plus the host was really nice. It was just an easy comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it.
Stayed here for a recent wedding, convenience of location..rooms were terrific, clean and effective..staff was friendly and very efficient,, breakfast was excellent... overall a terrific stay..no issues,,,
We had a nice clean room. Everything was in good working order. We didn't use the pool or other amenities so can't speak to that. Breakfast was included which consists of scrambled eggs, beans, sausage, hashbrowns (potatoes), cold hard boiled eggs, bagels/bread, make your own waffle (one machine), cereals and the usual coffee/tea and a juice. Staff were attentive and polite. We enjoyed our stay. We stay in the area once a year and I preferred this hotel to Days Inn or Super 8 in Guelph.
Clean, affordable, adequate hotel. Perfectly located next to a mall and ample restaurant options for a weekend stay or longer. The continental breakfast was well stocked and adequate. Rooms were clean and the AC worked well.

My kiddo and I had a blast staying here! The person working front desk was so nice and sweet, especially to my kiddo! There's a little snack shack there with a variety of things. The hotel is clean as was our room. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. There is an elevator, for those who want to know. Overall we loved it and plan on coming back when we attempt tubing again.
